At Bexley Snap we offer disabled children and young people aged between 1 Year to 25 Years an exciting and varied programme of clubs to provide parents and carers support, guidance, and regular breaks from their caring responsibilities.
If you are the parent/carer of a disabled child (or are working with someone who has a disabled child and have permission to forward their details), living in or around the London Borough of Bexley and are interested in our support.
